Helping Petland Capture More Potential Leads

The pet store worked with Touchpoint Labs to set up a puppy check in process that gathered information of potential leads for future follow-up.

Problem

People came in to the store to meet puppies, but Petland did not get information on those people to reach out to in the future. They were missing out on capturing information from potential leads, which means they were missing out on potential sales.

Solution

Using our Puppy Check In setup, people who meet a puppy scan a QR Code, fill out a form with a few questions, and are automatically added to the stores database. If the person doesnt go home with a new puppy, Petland is able to reach back out to them and get more sales.  

Impact

Petland received more leads in their database of people that are actively looking for a new puppy. As a result, the store is able to close more sales, even with people who have already left. This gives them the opportunity to reach back out to these people and close them in the near future.
